Mandy is a Health Economist based at the University of Warwick Medical School, Clinical Trials Unit. She leads the economic evaluation alongside randomised controlled trials spanning several clinical areas including orthopaedics, critical care and cancer care. Prior to joining the University, she worked as a health economist in South Africa on various projects that aimed to utilise health economic evidence to inform priority setting in health care. Mandy’s other methodological interests include model-based economic evaluations of healthcare interventions to address non-communicable diseases. She is also passionate about addressing methodological challenges surrounding the conduct of economic evaluations in low and middle-income countries.
